As always Hugh’s performance was top notch
After waiting 65 minutes after my scheduled appointment time my maintenance was started. I talked to dragon the service manager and he told me it takes 90 minutes to perform the service. I then asked why you schedule appointments every 15 minutes and he couldn’t tell me why. His scheduling is deliberately putting every car after the third one 75 minutes behind schedule. All he is doing is alienating your customers. Why can’t you schedule according to the amount of time it takes to complete the work?
