I dropped my truck off at 8 am and didn't pick it up until after 5pm for a detail and oil change UNACCEPTABLE...my hand sanitizer was gone out of my driver's side door and my midway detailing bucket with items never used GONE! Fue mi segundo cambio de aceite y aparte que me cobraron a pesar de que adquiri mi camioneta en esta agencia y me prometieron 2 servicios gratuitos, me cobraron de mas. No lleva ni 20,000 la camioneta y en mi factura se cobraron un aditivo que no necesitaba. Aparte de esto no agregaron el liquido de limpia parabrisas que segun fue parte del servicio. Peor de todo dejaron mi camioneta llena de manchas de grasa que sobresalta ya que es blanca y la lleve recien lavada para ahorrar tiempo. No me quedaron ganas de regresar.

He was gracious, kind, understanding and took care of what I needed specifically. He set me at ease on my first visit, which prompted me to come back again.
