However, the problem is still not fixed. While driving at 65 or 70 on the interstate, the wheel shimmies. It clearly should not on a brand new car. Something is wrong and needs to get fixed.

My service technician was excellent, the service was excellent... but I do not enjoy the high pressure sales tactics. My truck only has 14500 miles on it, and I also have a Warren try that I paid for. And yet every time I go in for a routine service I am always pressured to buy a service that will cost additional money. Every time. That is my only complaint, and I do not like it.

Carlos was very professional from the moment I arrived till the time I left. I originally came in for juat an oil change and tire rotation but the mechanic discovered an issue that needed to be repaired so it was going to take the entire day to complete so Carlos arranged to have a Uber drive me home and pick me up once my car was ready.
