Jaime was extremely nice and helpful. He’s the best person i’ve come to for service so far. He was adamant on trying to find the issue with my vehicle and did the best he could. I felt like he actually really truly cared and that means a lot because i haven’t received that kind of treatment in the past and i’ve been coming to nissan for 3(?) years now. I can tell he’s a genuine human being who wants the best for his customers!

I was told by Marvin that my oil change that I was scheduled to wait for would take 1 hour and 20 min. By the time an hour and a half hit, I went to Marvin's office and asked for an update, I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for my jeep to be done. When I got into my jeep, my driver side window was down and when I tried to get it back up, it was resisting. I came to find that the rubber lining on the window was lodged in the way of the window causing the issue. When I asked for help from Marvin, he seemed annoyed and all he did was shove his finger to get the rubber lining out of the way, leaving the rubber lining now deformed. I have one more oil change with the package I bought from Airpark but I will not be coming back after that.
