The service was great. My problem was the lack of mask wearing among customers and some employees.

I felt deceived. You called me to tell me I needed to bring my car in for service. When I got there I found out it was for my 45000 mile service but my car only has 43000 miles on it so I didn’t even need service yet. The service was estimated to cost over $300. I was supposed to have two prepaid services left but was then told that was only to rebalance my tires and didn’t cover anything else. Every time I ask questions things get less clear. I won't be coming back. I only want to deal with businesses that I trust and you have lost my trust.

Service department is a mess right now. It’s difficult to communicate with a service advisor. There is no room for vehicle parking. The dealership may have once been in the perfect location on Frank Lloyd Wright’s auto alley, but is now bursting at the seams at their current location.
