On 10/14, Carlos Fuentes was timely and explained everything carefully. He shared information on car rentals. I found him very helpful!!
I returned to pick up my car on 10/15 and the experience was very different. Carlos had the day off and when I entered the service area, no one greeted me. Not even the two men to the left of me that had no customers. After waiting for someone to address me, I decided to go to the cashier for help. There was no ine there and I waited several minutes.
An employee answered my request for the cashier and when she arrived, she told me I had to got back to the front. I returned and did not wait to be addressed, I asked one of the men to help. He found the paper work and called for my car, fifteen minutes later, I returned to the front and asked for my car again and it came. The entire visit was over 30 minutes for me to collect my car, unbelievably POOR service!!!!!!!

Excellent service. John was efficient and through in his explanation on what had to be done to maintain my 1999 keep grand Cherokee performing at it’s peak. He also was honest about what it cost to perform the necessary maintenance. Good job. I felt that the cost of the maintenance was fair.
