Stopped In grapevine Fords Quick lane services. Immediately was helped by a gentleman name Tyler. Tyler was very helpful explaining the process and how long it would take for an oil change and tire rotation. It was a shorter wait then expected. lobby is very clean with professional team members including Tyler!
Tyler went above and beyond to make sure my experience was 5 stars all around and he nailed it! Definitely we’ll be coming back in the future.

Brought my vehicle in for the recall service and a oil change. It has less than 1,000 miles on it from the original mileage from when I purchased it. So basically the Pathfinder sits in the garage 90% of the time because I have 2 other vehicles on one of them is also a Nissan. Ok to the point I keep them clean however each time I’ve brought them in each time I’ve gotten them back both have had grease on the hood , fender and on the outside drivers door where the mechanic(s) have worked on them. This last time again it was supposed to have been washed but there was grease on the outside AND finger prints on the inside driver side door. I had to take and get it detailed. With COVID-19 I would think better precautions would be taken. I drive from LA to Cerrrtos passing 3 other Nissan dealerships because of the level of service I use to get here. I had been there since 7am and it was about 12 noon or later and I was tired otherwise I would have brought it to the service manager’s attention. Most of the time I have been very happy with the service but lately not so much. Very disappointed. Thank you Roderick Spells.

Marvin was great, but showed up 5 minutes late for my appointment with I believe it was John then was immediately rude and told me to be helped by someone else after waiting for 30 minutes everyone else was running around like crazy ants that didn't seem to know what they were doing. And the manager was just locked in the office and ignoring everyone cuz there was other people walking around angry too. This is my least favorite place on Earth

We had car in for service. Received a text 3.5 hrs after dropping car off to text back with any questions. I texted asking for an ETA on completion. No response. Called in 6 hrs after dropping car off. Was asked a series of questions for no reason. The woman said she would put a message in. No call. We showed up 7 hrs after dropping it off and it was sitting in lot. Told advisor we texted and called but got no reply. He didn't apologize. Simple customer service.
