Marvin told me the cost to repair my car would be about 500.00 I asked why if I have an extended warranty, why would it be so much? He said the Fuel system flush is $365.00 the deductible is $100.00 and one spark plug is $19.00.
When I got to the dealership, I complained to Marvin that the extra work was never authorized. No one ever asked me if I wanted the fuel flush done. He replied “when I talked to you earlier, that was me asking” I was like you never actually posed a question. You never said “do you want the fuel system flushed”
He got mad and said in an angry tone well it ain’t worth it and said he wouldn’t charge me. How often is this done to people? Is this the way you do business???
