Nothing to do with Austin but if I schedule an appointment for a recall and provide you with a vin you should make sure you have the part. Not have me bring in the car and than say you don’t have it it was a waste of labor for reliable Chevy and a waste of time for me.

Made advanced appointment, advised to bring in Navigator at 0900 for paint sealant application. Advised it would take 4 hrs. Finally received vehicle after 7:00 pm. 10 hours????? After I left dealer on my way home I noticed my drivers side wiper was disconnects and laying on tray at the base of window. Returned following morning and advised service rep of the situation. Different fellow). He went to the back and spoke to someone. He got a replacement and installed it for me. Great guy!!).
