Hace como 3 semanas me llamaron para un recall de mi carro. Y les comenté sobre mi aire que no servía bien, y la señoraPaloma albanez me dijo que le hacía falta una pieza que ya no le servía que tenía que dejar el carro y me llamaría cuando me aprobaran la garantía que tenía mi carro, y pasó casi una semana y nunca me llamo, y yo estuve hablando como 2 días seguidos hasta que me pude comunicar con ella por qué según quedó de hábleme y nunca me llamo. Muy mal servicio de ella, por qué al final no me aprobaron según ella. Pero eso no es lo malo , lo que no me gusto es que ella nunca me informó nada y yo tuve que hablar para saber de mi carro. Pésimo servicio el de l señora paloma albanez. ????

I had an appointment at 11:00am for a standard oil change, fluid check, and tire rotation. My service rep said it would be between 1.5 and 2 hours, as there were 5 cars in front of me. At approximately 1:20pm, well past 2 hours, I asked about my truck. He said he would go back and see what was going on, and that he would have them get started on it right away. He came back up front and told me they were working on it now, and it would be about 20 minutes. I was finally done and on my way at 2:00pm. If I hadn’t asked about my truck after 3 hours and 20 minutes, I wonder how much longer it would have sat out back before they started on my 20 minute oil change and tire rotation? If it only needed to take about 20 minutes, then why was I there for 3 hours. Also, what is the point of making an appointment if I have to wait my turn anyways?

I made a pre-paid, schedule service for oil change and replacement of right rear wheel bearing. Upon arrival it was clear the service team was overwhelmed. I cancelled the bearing repair and only did the oil service. It still took 3 hours, and I had to get staff attention to complete in less than 3 hours. I still need my bearing replacement and am hesitant to schedule again. If I did I expect prompt service and care. What to do? Kevin ****-****-xxxx

Took 3 weeks to service my vehicle. Sounds like it was due to Covid. However, last time my vehicle was serviced it also took much longer than anticipated. Also, there appears to be damage to my exterior, but I cannot prove it was done there.

Jody was excellent in PROACTIVELY updating me with status. PROACTIVE updates are so easy and effective even when the update isn’t great news. The updates from Jody wasn’t great but she kept me updated which was great. Thanks Jody!

Very disappointed with the leaves and other debris left in the floor when cabin air filter was replaced. Technician left greasy finger prints on drivers door and front fender. I have asked for my tires to be inflated to 35 lbs for the last two service visits and today when i picked up my vehicle tire pressures were 26 and 27 lbs. I can only sum up my experience as disappointing! I will probably try the GMC service department going forward.

Austin was polite, courteous and did a great job taking care of me and my vehicle and I was completely satisfied! The only thing that could have been better would have been if the price was cheaper, but, I don’t mind paying dealership prices because I know it’s going to be done correctly and repaired to last. Austin tied in my previous service visit that had the same problem and was able to find the problem and get it resolved finally. Austin said there was a bulletin that came regarding the problem that aided in fixing the issue related to low oil pressure on my 2011 Silverado. So that I can keep up maintaining care of my truck, and keeping records, could I get a copy of the bulletin or just the wording and date of release? Reliable always makes things right and why I keep coming back time again. I really enjoy that you text me updates and makes service even easier.
