My experience on Saturday with the service department was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. I had an appt at 11:30am and by 2:30pm they hadn’t even touched my jeep yet for an oil change so I asked for it back and I left with zero work done on it. It’s a long story I’d be glad to share but I want the only one pissed of with how we were being treating and the lack of help the staff was.I’m not sure if I’ll ever be back to service department and or even buy another mew vehicle from here.

I called to make my appointment. I was not told who my service writer was. I spent 20 minutes for someone because they determined it was Marvin, but Marvin was no where to be found. After waiting, a gentleman asked me what I wanted done. He obviously didn’t look up what I requested in your system, and was very machine like. He never told his name and took my keys.
Fast forward, I received a text that car was ready. I went to your dealership and could find the service writer who took my car. The service writer in the first office on the right when you enter, spent 15 minutes looking for car in the system. He told me to look for Marvin. His coworker in his office said that Marvin is MIA. He told me to go accross the way and see the gentleman in the first office. I opened the door and there was the gentleman who took my car. I told him of my experience, and he said no one knows what happened to Marvin and he was trying to help.
I did not get an experience worth $95. My money will be spent elsewhere with an organization who appreciated their customers and provide great customer experiences.

I came in for a non emergency issue and expected to schedule an appointment for a later time. The service tech advised me that he could “take a look” if I wanted to wait around for 45-60 minutes. I had some time so I chose to wait. He came back to me in 40 minutes, told me they found the problem...parts were available and they could fit me in and have me on the road in about another hour. I was that close so I told him to go ahead and fix it. They did fix it.....on time!
So in short....I was completely satisfied with my experience and will come back again! The service tech was amazing! You are fortunate to have him on your front line of customer contact/service.
