These surveys are ****. Alfredo does a fantastic job of providing cover for the **** job your mechanics and technicians do. He’s the ONLY reason I still keep coming back. He can’t do enough for me. But your service techs must be completely overloaded and/or mismanaged because they are just patching **** up and getting it out without proper diagnosis to find the underlying cause of problems. Treating the symptoms only eventually causes customers to leave. Alfredo does all he can to cover for this incompetence and he should be COMMENDED! I’d welcome a call from your head of service. My service advisor was not very friendly and not knowledgeable. I felt like I couldn’t ask him a question. He knew I was waiting in the waiting room and chose to call me instead of coming to get me. I felt that was kind of impersonal. Also after getting in my vehicle and driving off my door panel on the driver side on the inside had dust all over it from a hand. My seat was readjusted my radio station was readjusted. This is my first time owning a jeep and my first time coming to year service department. If it wasn’t for the Zaktek Application I would’ve went to Chapman Chrysler Jeep For service.

Hi Matthew..tnx for reaching out...concerns yes...I was told before buying that ford XLT had no accidents, I discovered otherwise, so it was misrepresented. Second, when price was finalized, a car key was yanked out of offer without mentioning it to me, misrepresented again, I said this was not part of deal to buy suv, it was told to me to now purchase the additional key n add to price, so I didn't get extra key, don't have more money, thirdly, before signing I told rep that one car tire is different then the rest n should be matching, as this is basic for a 20k+ vehicle, I was told, can't be done. I also mentioned multiple stains on seats. Hope these issues can be fixed, as y'all still have vehicle. Tnx, Ehrab.
