John was awesome. He kept me posted on my Jeep’s condition with text and calls. He listened to my concerns and was persistent until he found a solution. He placed me in a vehicle to drive while the Jeep was in service and offered me an Uber when I needed it. And, he fixed my Jeep.???? Thank you!

Your service department has failed at keeping there costumers safe! My service advisor had his mask on but the other one did not(George Lopez). I spoke up as there is a sign posted on door to wear a mask! My adviser nudged him and he ignored him! A lot of staff didn’t have a mask on! I work in a hospital and take Covid serious! I will no longer take my business to a Chevy Dealership.
