The only issue I have is bring told I would only pay $144 if warranty didn't cover and I decide not to pay to have the service done. If I did that $144 would be applied to the service. Other than that my check in and check out was great.my service adviser is very pleasant. Just not sure why he keeps opening my hood if the reason I am there doesn't have anything to do with why I am there. Thanks for the service Ivan. See at the next service visit.

Took car in for heater problems, tech and advisor said there was nothing wrong, still no heat coming out. Took to Garden Grove Nissan and sure enough heater panel was replaced, either your tech didn't want to fix it or didn't know how,won't go back to your location or recommend
