Carlos Fuentes wasn’t very pleasant to deal with. He definitely discriminated against me. I tried to work with him again today but he was rude again on the phone. The way he talked to me was like I was stupid and didn’t know anything.
Will never return to your dealer again. Cancelling appointment. Makes me want to give the car back and shop at Toyota or Honda.

I seem to be on the extra long wait for services more than two hours—after waiting 2 hours- for an oil change and rotate tires- it comes out that they lost the car key - though they never told us that when we inquired how much longer it was going to take. They told us when the key showed up - though we had approached them several times regarding what was taking so long— as they tried to avoid talking with us. I don’t think the tires got rotated either. We asked if we could have the extra key - and the answer was no. Looking at if it is really worth going there ?at all. My time is too valuable

Scott was good and overall the folks are very nice. I did a late pickup of my vehicle and was advised my keys would be in the front at sales since I’d already paid for my service. My keys were not there as expected and this led to a 30 min wait while another advisor tried to find my keys then he had to find my car. Not too terrible but it was cold and I had my 3 week old baby with me so this wasn’t ideal but the experience wasn’t terrible, just subpar in comparison to other Lexus dealerships I’ve gone to.
