I paid $160 for a diagnostic that did not itemize any of the concerns relayed to me. If a proper diagnosis was completed, I would know the full extent of the estimate. Rather than focusing on the safety issues (broken tail light), I was pressured into a trade in. I understand how dealerships work, but when my wife showed up, she was treated terribly by Steve E in your show room. Indoors, he didn’t put his mask on until prompted by my pregnant wife. You are contributing to a global pandemic, and should be closed until you learn how to safely operate as a business in 2020. I wouldn’t recommend an enemy, let alone someone I care about to your business.
