Good customer service

Stop calling us about a trade in.. we have asked you numerous times. Our car is a 2018 so we do not need a new one. If you do not stop calling us we probably would never come back!!

I believe I was priced gauged because my vehicle could not even start and I had no choice but to do the service. I was told that there are two batteries and both were replaced by orielly so warranty was not covered. I did have the main battery replaced a year ago. We took to oriellys 2 days before and they told us it was fully charged and was not the main battery. We never even knew there was a second battery (no where in the owners manual) and John told me the tech said both were oreilly (how is that when I paid $175 for battery and labor and you guys charged $600 just for two batteries without labor. I advised John that I know he is just doing his job and mentioned it was price gouging and he advised me that he got the pricing off the spec sheet and that the tech told him they were both Orielly. I will be filing a formal complaint with Chrysler. This Jeep is under 3 years old and the fact we’re we’re told it was both batteries when we were just at oriellys 2 days before and they stated we were fully charged to now saying both batteries are totally dead something just doesn’t add up. The six battery was the original with the Jeep and I was charged stating it was not original and replaced an orielly battery that was a year old under warranty. I had no choice but to get the work done and it is a shame that I had to do that.

After making a comment about being claustrophobic. And almost having an anxiety attack when I dropped my vehicle off to be serviced switching car seats out due to being closed in and feeling trapped. One of your **** head employees make a "joke" about not letting me out of the garage door. Not funny and very poor joke. Also no one bothered to show me how the cruise worked. Self explainable I supposed. I wasnt aware that it wouldn't match nor that it wouldn't be on the steering wheel. That was never told to me so that's also rather frustrating.

Pete provided Flawless service today. He has an ability to show genuine customer service with no wasted time and I appreciate that. A pat on the shoulder on my departure felt right in a time when you can’t shake a mans hand. Thank you!
