I was quoted for my service to be an hour to an hour and half, ended up being three and a half hours. The lady did mention they were shorthand, so I understood for the most part. I was there to get my call looked at because I received a recall notice about my vehicle. The notice said that I would receive a rental car while mine was being looked at. That was never brought up, so I had to move a few other appointments I had around a little bit. If I would've known that I wasn't getting a rental I wouldn't of scheduled anything else for the day. But I'll still always go to Reliable Chevrolet, because you've always taken care of your customers! Best dealership around!
P.s. I'd rather not have anyone contact me. Its done and over with, life moves on! Can't stress about the small stuff, even though it was frustrating at the time!
