I had a problem that was out of the ordinary concerning replacement on a rear window. Vicki stepped up coordinated scheduling with Arrowhead Glass, and got the job completely to my satisfaction. Michael, Vicki’s understudy, also shows great promise in customer service and respect for the customer!

I’ve had to bring this thing in 4 times. I just got the Jeep back last week and the check engine light is on AGAIN! Which means I have to drive another 2 hours there and back and be without my vehicle AGAIN!
Why can’t you just fix this thing? I paid $3500 for a warranty!!!!
