No I was charged for an oil change after just having one when asked them to look at a problem leak and help me with a crack in my wind shield as well since I have a claim. I was charged for engine work then was told I was being a problem when i questioned both two employees on conduct .

We took the car in for a regular service. My husband told the service man that we had just replaced the brakes. Yet he charged us $50 for a break inspection only to be told they were new. You over charged for the tires by $300, we shared competition pricing yet were still overcharged. The service man made it sound like the alignment was going to be included, instead he gave us a $50 discount. Very frustrated with the overcharging for services
