The experience with Eric Adamson is truly exceptional. He is very professional. He knows his job very well and he always helping his clients. Outstanding job.

I enjoyed working with Jason. He made me feel extremely comfortable with dealing with the service department.

I dropped my truck off for 5 days and got a rental from your establishment. After 5 days I know not even four hours was spent on my truck. I know because Andrew was going to charge me for a rental as in his mind if less than four hours of labor is done it should be the customers responsibility to pay for a rental (regardless if in 5 days not four hours of work is done). I have a 70,000 mile mpp warranty. In the end after 5 days and not even four hours of work it was determined a part needs ordered so I returned the rental and will need to come back to fix the same issue. If there is a bright spot when I came to return the rental and get my unfixed truck I dealt with an individual with the last name Jacques. He was able to realize I have a warranty, what that means and have the warranty cover the rental. When I return I need to deal with him. I can’t and will not deal with individuals that will charge me for erroneous items. I hope this is an isolated instance and I am not sure it is because the service manager Vinny echoed everything Andrew said about the rental. I have always dealt with other car companies and they did everything they could to have all repairable items charged to a warranty. This is my first Ford... Hope it improves. At this point you have a low bar set for yourself.

Pete was great! My car was in and out in no time! Pete’s communication, demeanor and professionalism was excellent!
