Everything was great except for the fact that my free Lyft ride to come pick up my vehicle was never called so I had to find an alternative way to get to the dealership.

He lied to us saying the repairs would be covered under the Service Contract so we will be canceling the service contract and never purchasing another vehicle from the dealership again. We will also be filing a Texas Dept of Insurance complaint about the sales practices for the Service Contract along with a complaint regarding the estoppel situation due to the lying about it being covered. We are extremely unsatisfied and will make sure we no longer recommend the dealership to friends and family.
