John was out sick on the day I scheduled my service for my new 2020 Ram 2500, I scheduled an appointment for 8am on January 4th. (I originally made this appointment late December 2020) I dropped the truck off at exactly 8:00AM and was helped by service provider Jim he works in same office as John. I called repeatedly during the day to see the progress of my truck and to check when I could pick it up. He avoided taking my calls and lied to me saying that it was finished so I came to the dealership and when I got there he said they haven’t gotten to it yet and it’s not complete. The whole situation was in professional and a complete waste of my time. I was very very upset with the service at Airpark And I will no longer be coming to this location for services on any of the 3 Ram trucks I have bought from Airpark.

I’m unhappy with how gross my car was when I got it back - especially because if just been to the car wash before dropping it off. There was dust/debris all over the dashboard and interior. Someone had attempted to clean the inside windows, but there were really bad streaks to the point I had to pull over on the way home to wipe down my inside front windshield in order to drive home safely.
Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.
