Vehicle was dropped off before scheduled appointment time of 9 AM. Was given an estimate end time of 3 PM. No call was given around 3 PM. Vehicle was called in ready at 30 minutes till the service department closed. Communication of updates about vehicle during service is lacking. Allowing only 30 minutes until the service department close to pick up a vehicle is too short of a notice.

Had to wait a week for my truck because they were “2-3 days behind”. When I picked up my vehicle they did not have it washed. The service guy that shares the booth with Vicki did not wear his mask properly (under his nose) and his customer was not wearing a mask at all, and stood in the doorway while I was working with Vicki. Had to step outside the booth and wait for Vicki to process my payment. Total logjam at service entrance on both drop off and pickup- nowhere for ride to park. Vicki was great but this dealership is the worst. I will be finding another place to do my maintenance and warranty work.
