My service rep, Aaron McBride, provided exceptional customer service. I made an appointment to have my F350 get an alignment and Aaron had it schedule for the first thing this morning. He also had my truck washed which had quite a bit of mud on the exterior. It looked great.
I also have to comment on the Lift service the dealership is paying for. That is a huge plus. My driver Braun got there quickly and her car was clean. She got me home safely and much faster than the past shuttle service. I hope the dealership continues this top-notch service. It definitely separates you from the other dealers.
I also appreciate the detailed suggested service items. I like to do many of the repairs myself so this helps me determine which repairs I can complete and which repairs I need the dealership's help on.
You certainly will receive my future business and I appreciate the excellent professional service I received.
