Everyone at the service center was very courteous and attentive. I was standing outside and one of the service receptionist approached me and asked my name so he can check the status of my car and came back letting me know that my service adviser is finishing up with another customer and that my car is ready. I was really impressed and what a great service usher. My service adviser Hassan as always is very courteous, detailed and great customer service skills.

Absolutely awful experience. This was my second attempt going there for the new car alarm installation and not getting it...Your dealership has severe issues with communication. It takes 25 miles to get there also and I don’t like the freeway. I will NEVER buy another Nissan car. I’ll stay with Ford or Autonation. I’m buying another new car next year and guess where I’m not going? I’ll never recommend this place. I’m being honest.
