Ironically 4th time at Airpark, all times service is unsatisfactory. I spent some extensive time doing a very comprehensive feedback / review last time, not one manager reached out to me. Sad. Amd a complete waste and f my time. Only reason I went back was for a recall and you are 5 mins away from my office. I have been in the customer service industry for years and you guys just don’t get it. Will drive the extra 20 mins to another to avoid this pain in the future and advise all of my keep friends to do the same. It’s just not that hard to be good at customer service. This was likely a waste of my time as well. But I guess I am a glutton for punishment.

I made an appointment, the next day they said they had no record of it. That was followed by asking me if I was even calling the right dealership. I was asked multiple times if I was sure I bought my car there. I was told there was no car attached to my name. They said they couldn’t find my warranty. I was given a rental and told it would charge in any outlet. It can not. It took over 24 hours to charge. My car was there for over 14 days before getting fixed. I needed new tires for my vehicle and would have purchased them there if I hadn’t been treated with disrespect at the beginning of my appointment. I took it somewhere the minute I picked it up and bought all new tires. I know where I bought my Cadillac, I have had it serviced there many times, and never been treated like I was clueless. My car is close to the warranty being up and I would have considered buying another car here before this experience. I can’t say I would do that again now. I did appreciate the communication and updates over the two weeks but that is about the only positive thing I can say about this experience.

Austin was great! My car was at another shop in town and I called wondering if the work they were about to do might be covered under a warranty. Austin found there was a special warranty issued by GM for the problem I was having. The other shop told me they couldn't find anything about a warranty...pretty sure they were lying! Austin got me an appointment and made everything simple! Having car trouble is the worst feeling in the world to me and once I spoke to Austin he made the whole process smooth from there on out. Thank you Austin and Reliable Chevrolet!
