I explained to my service rep, Miguel that I wanted the diagnostics complete on my car so that I can find out if I can fix it so that it pass inspection. Miguel did thr diagnostic, and He told me it was the Cadillac converter. He charges over $1400 and we got it fixed. However, by the time I went home, the check engine light came back on. He then asked me to bring the car back to the dealer, for additional diagnostics. He then stated that it will cost $2000 to fix a sensor. My whole purpose for coming up to the service department at Grapevine was to see what was wrong with the vehicle in order to pass inspection. Before I agreed to get the car fix, I asked Miguel would this resolve the check engine light. He told me yes. Well it didn’t, so I paid $1400 for absolutely nothing!!!!

Vicki was “there in the moment” even at 7:00 am on a Friday, and helpful and above all - professional. After a back and forth conversation, I proceeded to the customer waiting room. In this epoch of the virus there was plenty of room and I was comfortable. There was coffee the dealership folks were friendly. I was surprised to hear the man sanitizing the “coffee area” was upbeat to all in wishing all a good morning on each person and even fluent in Spanish with the cleaning gal. Heather offered me snacks. Positive atmosphere. After my truck was ready,Vicki presented me with a clear explanation and paperwork of what was done. ????
