Prior to my purchase of this CPO ES350, sales team agreed to replace the cracked windshield with an OEM part(at no cost). Nathan, guest service also said he was going to order the windshield directly from Lexus(voicemail).
However, the replacement windshield installed was not an OEM part. It’s an aftermarket XYG windshield. The quality is not the same standard as OEM. That is something we did not agree on before purchase.
