I had the worst experience at a dealership service center. The customer service I experienced made me realize how Airpark Dodge does not care how they treat their customers, once a mistake is made they just want to get rid of you instead of making you feel taken care off. Great service from employees inside the waiting area! Unfortunately my oil change took 3 hours and it was a lengthy wait and I was never checked on or updated by my service person Vicki. I had an appointment and was upset about only this. I will continue to return and am grateful to those inside for offering me snacks and drinks as I waited.
