Hugo is an excellent service manager. He kept me informed reference the service of my vehicle. Hugo was always accessible to answer my questions. Midway Chevrolet is my preferred service option.

I don’t need to be contacted. I sat in waiting area for 6 hours in total. During that time I watched and listened to a number of people receive information, in person about their vehicle issues. What broke, what needed replacing and costs. I, on the other hand, had scheduled an oil change. On top of that a light had illuminated on the dash before bringing it in. Upon arrival, Vicki plugged it in and said something with the thermostat. I agreed to the $160 fee plus oil change. No one ever came to discuss findings in person with me while I was on the property. Instead, I received a text. Upon opening the data, a singular page opened with the recall that you do not have the part for, and the thermostat. Upon clicking the “agree” radio button a total dollar amount of $523-ish dollars appeared. Simultaneously, Vicki sent another text asking if I had received. I responded that I did and I had confirmed it. Upon checking out, the total bill exceeded >$1,000. My expectation was $600 (thermostat + oil change). Instead there were multiple pages to the text. I never saw them. I never agreed to them. Add that I am currently unemployed and have been for five months. Unnecessary work on my car is just that unnecessary. Vicki went to a manager, alone, and $100 was removed from the bill. Perhaps if someone had gone to speak to me vs sending a text. Then again, I was the only woman that was waiting. The men all received in-person communications. If you had this experience would you recommend your organization?
