Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called maybe 20-30 times over the course of the 7 days my car was there and every person I spoke with was so unpleasant. I could tell Jorge obviously wanted to help me, but he often complained about calling the warranty company to help further assist me with getting the cost covered. He said he didn’t have the time to wait on the phone, so I would try and call but they didn’t want to hear from me, they wanted to hear from him. Every person at this dealership that I talked to made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, which doesn’t feel good. I got brushed off, told they’d call back and when I would finally return the call because I felt like they forgot about me, they’d tell me they were busy and would call back. It’s so frustrating, I just wanted someone to help me. The warranty company was also awful, I went through MOPAR and my case manager was Megan and she was nearly impossible to get ahold of. I would call and get transferred to so many different people and get no answers in the end. I tried constantly to do what I could to support Jorge through the warranty part of things and when my thermostat coverage was approved mid Wednesday, I still didn’t get my car until Saturday because again they were just too busy to get to me. Then when I went to pick up my car while it was raining, they gave it to me on E with the gas light on and said you’re fine. I dropped my car off at half a tank, so thankfully Jon was able to get me some gas so I could get home. I live 35 minutes away and I would come out of my way to get my car serviced here, and I will absolutely never come back. I’ll find another location. I hated everything about my experience and I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. Again, Jorge tried and he was nice to me but made me feel like a nag and every other person I came across was awful. Jon who helped me in the end apologized many times and was so sweet but still, worst experience overall. Not worth the drive, the stress, and everything I went through.
