Last year, the Alfa service entry area was separate from the Jeep/Chrysler/... service entry. Today, the separate Alfa area is no more. I feel if you own a luxury car, the complete car service experience should reflect that. I feel the current service setup cheapens the luxury experience an owner expects as a premium car owner.
