Jon and Will are great, however, if Alfa wants to compete with the other luxury brands, you cannot charge for loaner cars. I bought an $80,000 car from you, brought it in for $3,500 worth of services this week, and I’m charged for a loaner?? The dealer experience there is so lacking compared to Lexus, Cadillac, etc.

No first time discount...no coupons for discount...no incentives...no senior citizen discount...no military discounts. Also, first time EVER, did anyone put sticker on windshield with next oil change, without removing the older sticker. I am a senior citizen, I have never experienced this in all my life. Plus, I have traveled all over the US in car and RV towing vehicle...I have always received discounts. Not this time. The staff was courteous and informative. I am new to the area, and was expecting a "little more". Thanks for reading my comment in advance. I received a call earlier today from customer service. Thank you.
