My first oil change/tire rotation. I had an appointment, I was 15 minutes early. Jorge checked me in, said it would take 1 1/2 hours-max. After 2 1/2 hours I went to check on my vehicle. After much confusion, Jorge had left the facility & never entered my information in the system-I was forgotten! They offered to reschedule or still do the work. Since I live an hour out of town, rescheduling was not an option. I wasted an entire day.

My top was fixed properly, my steering issue was not. It is what it is. I’ll continue to use Airpark for oil changes because of the close proximity but I don’t want to keep battling with advisers for warranty and other issues so I will use a different dealer for anything else. Same thing when I get my Rebel I ordered from you guys awhile back. Had Jeep cares involved and everything but your either your advisers pride or his management keeps getting in the way
