Service has really gone down hill. Our Jeep has the same left head issue known for the 2013 wrangler and we were told it wasn’t part of the extended warranty. The service writer told me to call Chrysler We have purchased at least 8 vehicles from you and thought we would be considered a good customer and could better support and service from you Not only that you wanted to charge me $574 for a part I can buy from a Mopar parts counter for $340.
