My radio won't go to page 3 or 4 on the presets so I had you guys look at it while I was having my leather seats installed, which is a whole other problem. You did an update on it and instead of presetting new stations and seeing if it worked, you advised me I needed to pick it up and set the stations myself and see if it works. Of course it still doesn't work right so now I have to bring the truck back to have it locked at again. I even texted to ask why the tech couldn't preset random stations to see if the update worked and they just ignored me. Doesn't make sense to me...
