I went in to get my key fob replaced and programmed. I had called ahead and spoke to our advisor. She gave me the price of the fob and the labor over the phone and it equaled around $160. I sent my husband in to get it fixed and she charged him almost $100 more than what she had told me over the phone. I had made him aware of what she had told me over the phone. I understand parts and pricing vary but if you tell a customer it’s going to be a specific price than you should stick to it. Personally found this action very disrespectful to both myself and my husband.

I brought my car in for a check engine light. The problem was a faulty thermostat which I authorized to be replaced. The estimated cost was $500 which is high but ok. Since they had to take off the upper hose to get to the thermostat and I had 100k miles I asked to replace the upper hose (held by two clips) with a new one. Also do the lower hose (held by two clips) also for good measure. The price jumped to $1000 job for the thermostat and two hoses. I paid the bill but this is the first time I’ve experienced this.

It was easy to make my service appointment online. When I arrived for my service, I was welcomed immediately. Scott assisted me with the planned service, I was provided with a car to go to work. I was texted in the afternoon when my car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up...it was ready, clean and I was in and out both in the morning and afternoon within 5-10 minutes. WOW!!!!!
