Advisor said he instructed to put 36 lbs in tires. They forgot since it was 34 lbs. Good advisor but might have double-checked.

My chrome was scratched in its last visit, I wasn’t kept up to date on when it might be done. I use the truck for work and Jason acted like it didn’t matter if I got it back in a timely manner. They were supposed to order a part for the truck and I still haven’t heard if it’s there. It’s been over two weeks waiting on a tire sensor. Glad I didn’t leave it there. Very disappointed I wish their was another dealer close but I definitely will ask for a different service advisor in the future.
