First of all, I hope Vickie L. is feeling better as she went home sick. I understand it’s hard to handoff your work when you don’t feel well. When she left, she apparently didn’t tell anyone that she had a customer waiting in the lounge. My wife ended up waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes before finally asking for help. No one knew that she had been waiting. Vickie also told my wife that an oil change would be around $49 and a tire rotation around $20. After the Vickie left,
someone else rang up the bill for $117. That person disputed what Vickie had told my wife before finally agreeing to lower the bill.

Was told the wait would be 2-3 hours, I waited for over 4 hours. I texted the number that texted me when I first got there multiple times with zero response. Normally I’m in and out of there in no time. Def won’t accept Vicki as my service adviser again. Ruined my entire day had to cancel another appointment because it took so long.
