Very disappointed in the service that I received here. My appointment for my oil change was Friday at 5:15. I also said that my check engine light was on and would like them to run the test to see what codes it is. I dropped it off expecting to hear that it is completed on Saturday the latest. Did not get any phone call. Called 8 times on Monday morning at 7am only to get ahold of them at 7:40 asking if my car is completed. The man who answered was trying to find where my car was because he was not my service advisor. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes, but he never did. I decided to drive down there because I needed my car whether it was completed or not. The oil change was completed but the diagnostic test was not. The service advisor that I spoke with said it was a lengthy process which is why it was not completed. I would have been okay with that response if I would have received a phone call on Saturday letting me know that it would take awhile and if the website did not advertise a 2 minute check engine light inspection. The advisor also stated that he does not recommend driving my car because the codes of the catalytic converter and the emissions and a sensor. I asked if there was a print out of these issues and he said no because the diagnosis was not complete. Just not sure why my car was not ready on Monday morning after the oil change appointment was Friday at 5:15. If I wouldn’t have dropped my car off and I would have stayed for the appointment it would have been done by 6:00pm when the service department closes. But since I dropped it off it wasn’t even done Monday morning. It would have been different if I would have had some sort of contact as to what was happening. I was unaware that an oil change and a test for the check engine light takes multiple days. Not worth the $80 oil change!

When I arrived, it took at least 15-20 minutes before I was even greeted. The customer service experience my last 2 visits was definitely lacking. When my car had to be kept to be serviced, I felt like it was pulling teeth for me to get transportation (loaner) from you. The approach taken was that you have rentals... I’m not paying for a rental from you to service my car. I feel like a stranger in a place that I should feel a part of the Jeep family and that I have to watch every little move. My loaner was given to me with a chip in the windshield which I found as I was a few minutes out of the lot. I text right away and I was told that you knew about it. The rental was dirty inside and out. I am really very disappointed that I chose Jeep in regards to my service provider. I didn’t know how good I had it at Infiniti regarding service until I came here.
