Not a great experience with Airpark Jeep today... I had an appt for an oil change, and yet was still waiting for almost 2 and a half hours. When I called in a few days ago I asked how long the walk in wait time was and was told 2 hours, and with an appt would be around an hour. Yet I waited almost 2.5 hours for just an oil change. John ortero was my service advisor. He was the only one who was polite to me. While waiting outside at the end a different gentleman named Jon had my keys and I waived at him and said “oh those are my keys to my car” he looked at me and completely ignored me. I spoke to him again and he didn’t even address me. Just walked right past me to John Orteros office and dropped off the paper work and keys. On his way back I said, when someone’s talking to you, you could atleast acknowledge them, he STILL didn’t respond to me. Absolutely unacceptable.

When I dropped my car off, I Reported the issues. There is a piece missing that can only be seen when the convertible top is down. I asked her if she wanted me to show her, she stated “no”. That did not get fixed. I’m not sure it even got looked at! My car was there for 3 days waiting for a key fob that was ordered. I was told it would be in on Tuesday. I made arrangements to have someone take care of my sons dogs which I’m taking care of this week, I have a 70 min. drive down there after I get off work. I called at 3:50 on Tuesday to inquire about the car, I was told I can pick it up on Wednesday. I asked if I could get it on Tuesday, I got a little hesitation then she said I could get it. I told her I’m coming from Prescott. I was told you close at 6. I’ve worked with service reps before, never really had one with an attitude. I was just a little put off. I was mostly concerned that the keys work. I should have looked at the other thing before leaving. I just trusted it was done. It’s not like I live nearby to just run it in.
