I should not have to bring back tools, usb flash drives, ask to have computer settings for service reset or bring back rags to the dealer after servicing. I would hope you’d agree. This has happened several times in my six year’s of servicing since moving from OKC. That dealer was premier. It is not Devan’s problem. The techs are. They’re not on their game. Customers are laying out high dollar for mediocrity. I’m not happy.

I dropped the vehicle off at 7:20 am for a 7:30 appt. my tire had a slow leak. I was told it would be done by noon. When I came back at 12:15, they had not looked at it yet. Called me later to tell me that I needed a new tire, but would not have til the following day. Tried to call several times with no answer. Called at 5, to see if I could pickup, said not until tomorrow. Called back in 10 minutes to tell me to come pick up. When I got there, waited 40 minutes while they drove out and back twice. Overall, wish that the time expectation had been communicated more clearly. It was very inconvenient for me to have to deal with the delay. While I understand that things happen, would have liked to have the car started at appt time and communicate better. Thank you.

I took in last week for Timely : $500. Next day my “tire alert (?) and RED triangle Alert came up ????????????. Tires said they were under pressure. Took to my Fav Tire Store : suggested Lexus calibration was below level as all my tires were 2-3 # low. OK. : take it back. Now told Lexus and for $1,000 you replaced the batteries that monitored my to tires. Maybe your Calibration was So Off !!! Which told you to spend the $1000... and Still was not conclusive. Got in my car to drive home : OMG : Alert items were STILL lit As you can see, I have been a long-time Lexus owner. I have NEVER had such bad service. As this whole came bad
