Issac was helpful, informative, responsive, professional and friendly....all the right stuff, so to speak. First time with him, and I hope not our last. And so far, the repairs seem okay. He promptly provided us with a loaner (same car as mine) so that was nice.
Would have liked to have had the car interior cleaned (more than just vacuuming) but was informed that was due to Covid.
Overall, an excellent experience.

The diagnostic test and the delay in identifying and then repairing my vehicle was way too long. This has been my second repair on my car. I was not pleased with either process. The first repair resulting in having to have a second repair due to the first one not solving the problem. I now have been without the car for over 2 weeks and still no answer was given to me on what exactly was wrong. I am a senior citizen with a disabled child, and the process was very taxing on us both. I attempted to get in touch with the service department manager, no call was ever returned. No attempt to contact me by him. Poor customer service and this has not been the first time with this dealership.
