Victor is amazing, however we are still having the same issue with our truck radio. The updates that were done have not fixed the issue, we are very frustrated and disappointed.

While having Maxicare is a wonderful aspect of jeep ownership it’s the ‘nickel and dime-ing” such as killing rental car coverage @ 7yrs/ 100K mi that’s very frustrating.
It cheapens the basis of the coverage & what it’s supposed to stand for.
Why offer an “unlimited” (1M mi) program but then change the rules at various milestones?
It’s as if I’m being punished for not only keeping the coverage but following the anti/ non Mopar aftermarket rules of not modifying the vehicle in any way that will void Maxicare coverage.
Regardless, unless the warranty is transferable to a new model I’d appreciate it if Airpark would stop asking me to trade in my ‘13 Rubicon.
