The service was 10 out of 10 and excellent! Everybody there was excellent and Isaac Lam is an excellent service advisor and I could not recommend him more because he is great to work with always!!! South county Lexus is very lucky to have him there and the customers he services I’m sure are all extremely happy.

Excellent customer service as always. These guys always squeeze me in every time. Busy as always but they find time. I bought my truck at Marshfield Chevy and due to my ex being a Finance Manager there I’m refused service. They will not honor my warranty or change the oil. I get excellent service at Reliable and I will continue to bring my truck here and tell everyone :) Thanks guys!

Jason did a great job, as always, and I have 2 concerns. 1. I was getting automated text messages from multiple different numbers about this service appointment. ****-****-xxxx / ****-****-xxxx / ****-****-xxxx. 2. After spending $2700 on a service appointment my truck was as dirty as it was when I dropped it off. You guys can do better with at least an exterior wash.

No one texted or called us to give us estimated time frame to complete the repairs. Even worse, when the vehicle was ready, nobody contacted us. If we hD not called to find out status on Friday, we had no idea it was ready/finished. You need to rethink the workflow and get a different resource doing 2 types od calls (or text msg) 1. ETA update when vehicle will be ready (and) 2. Ready to pick up. Service writers should be able to do those calls, but they are time consuming and better for them to be customer-facing. If it is clearly a Service Writer’s job, they are failing to do it.

Christopher was extremely courteous and had great customer service skills however, he failed to do something very important and that was to follow through on something he said he would do. He was supposed to get back with me with a follow up appointment. Lack of follow through is vital. I would appreciate him doing what he said he would do.
