I came in for a headlight check, a weird sound that turned out to be the alternator, and an oil change. My car was in for five days. I spent about $600 on a rental car. My oil was not changed. Now I have to go back and I could not take the extended road trip I wanted to this weekend

Your service department is a joke. It takes 30 minutes to change the oil and rotate the tires. I had an appointment at 430 on Friday and showed up 15 minutes early and it took almost 2 hours to get this service done. The service advisor asked if I would like a car wash. I had to turn it down because things took so long. You're service is a joke. I've been to other dealership and have never waited as long as I did at your location. Plus all of my lug nuts look like they have been stripped. I'll never came back to your location.
