The service rep was professional, helpful and polite. But I have brought this car in three times complaining about squeaking breaks with no resolution except to say that I need new brakes when I only have 24,400 miles on my car. Disappointed with Lexus to say the least. I’ve also purchased a platinum service plan and never will again.

The car was washed after service completed but numerous bird droppings remained. This is not the first time this has happened and comments have been made in the past. The car was driven 1.5 miles home and parked in our garage so it did not happen after it was picked up. So not 10 out of 10.
