Tony was very helpful in getting my 2005 Pathfinder serviced and running well. He gave me great advice on seeing if my battery which was causing my car to have a sluggish start and tire which had a puncture we're covered under warranty. And they were so it saved me some money. When I dropped off my car, I did advised them of the additional warranty that I had. I had to speak to multiple people to get my repairs covered under warranty. After I had advise the advisor that it should be covered. Not only was it a hassle dealing with reps. But I also had a rental that was supposed to given to me at no cost. After finally getting that settled. I refused the rental because they said my car would be ready the next day. I called the next day to see if my car was ready. They didn’t even know it was there. Jacob could not find my car. So now my car wasn’t going to be ready till the following day. One whole week to get this issue resolved. When it should have been a quick fix and done.
