I wasn’t very pleased with John but Mike reassured me. One concern I still have is this: I’d asked that a buzzing wind noise from the dash area at around 55 mph be examined. (I explained that it had been a persistent issue since 2018 when the dash had reportedly been removed for an evaporator replacement. It is the #1 thing I dislike about my Jeep.) when I asked John about it before picking up my car, he said the tech’s gad checked it out and it couldn’t be replicated. However, It was not noted anywhere on the invoice/receipt and as soon as I drove it away it made the noise at that speed. So, I don’t believe that it was actually tested. My research found youtube videos that indicate it is the front windshield cowl. Had this been identified when my other warranty repair was being done it would have saved me time and another $100 deductible. Now, I’ll have to bring it back in.

Was scheduled an appointment on 3/18, I showed up to find out the guy who scheduled the appointment was on “vacation”. Another male said he would help, to sit in the lobby as they get me a rental. My 6 year old and I sat in the lobby for an hour. I went out asked who was helping me, the male said they didn’t have rentals, that he was “calling around to find one” (as he was laughing and co versing with two other employees). I told them I was leaving, the male said he would call me as soon as they find a rental for me.
6 days go by and no phone call from anyone. I called on 3/24/21 at 8:02 was told Daniel won’t be in around 8:30am, I left a message on his voicemail saying I’m expecting a phone call back. Never heard from him. Called back at 5:42pm, a male answered, I asked to speak with Daniel, he asked for my name and put me on hold. Came back to tell me Daniel is finishing up with a client and will call me before he leaves. It is now 8:25pm and never heard back from Daniel.
Sooooo, as you can see my car never got serviced. Very disappointing and upsetting that I can’t get a returned call.
